Our menu selection in this area of the Hotel is in line with our dining philosophy. Boasting high quality MSA graded steaks meticulously sourced in accordance with preset standards from Western Queensland and on display in our dedicated meat cabinet for patrons to select. Our steak selection provides the discerning diner with an offer of eight premium cuts including an ‘1824’ t-bone, Wagyu rib fillet and Black Angus sirloin.

All our meat is quality assured for freshness and superiority. In addition to our steaks, the Steakhouse menu offers a diverse range of alternative options including, but not limited to, Spicy buffalo chicken wings, Grilled Atlantic Salmon and Chargrilled Mediterranean Beef Salad. As if this was not enough choice, the Steakhouse also boasts an interactive pizza station dishing up a selection of gourmet pizza. The Steakhouse offers a dedicated children’s menu, featuring a selection that includes steak, fish, spaghetti and pizza.
